South Australian Government Response to 'Holding on to Our Future' (November 2024)
The South Australian Government has responded to the report of the Commissioner for Aboriginal Children and Young People’s Inquiry into the application of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Placement Principle in the Removal and Placement of Aboriginal Children in South Australia. The response was tabled in Parliament on 28 November 2024.

Death of Chloe Valentine (Coronial) Inquiry (2015)
In 2014 the State Coroner Mark Johns undertook an inquest into the death of Chloe Valentine (PDF, 890.4 KB).
The Inquest’s findings made 20 recommendations relevant to child protection matters. The Chloe Valentine inquest progress report sets out the Government South Australia's actions in response to each of the recommendations.
