Case Managers are at the frontline of supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families. Your role will focus on managing cases, coordinating services, and working directly with families to achieve better outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing case files and ensuring statutory obligations are met
- Coordinating support services for children, families, and carers
- Working with families towards reunification or alternative care arrangements
- Supporting children and young people to participate in social, cultural, and educational activities
- Collaborating with partner agencies to improve long-term outcomes
What we’re looking for
To join us as a Case Manager, you’ll need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in social sciences, psychology, human services, community services, or related fields
- Obtain or hold a valid Working with Children Check issued by the Department for Human Services, to be renewed every 5 years
- Hold a current South Australian issued driver's licence (P2 or above) and a willingness to drive is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to build rapport with children, families, and community stakeholders
- Resilience and adaptability in managing a varied and challenging caseload.
- A commitment to cultural responsiveness and working respectfully with Aboriginal children, families, and communities.
