We are exploring new short-term residential care options for vulnerable children and young people by establishing Placement and Support Packages (PaSP).
PaSP is a panel of service providers that can deliver immediate short-term residential care placements for children and young people when no other appropriate option is available. Successful tender respondents will be placed onto the panel, and will be asked to provide a care package proposal and quotation when a child or young person requires a placement.
The model aligns with our goal to provide children with more individualised care while reducing our reliance on commercial care.
