The CoP will create bring our department and the non-government sector to promote best practice and build common capability to support children and young people in care with disability.

Presentations will include:

• what we currently know about children in care with disability
• improving outcomes for children and young people with disability in care
• moving forward – where to from here?

Due to room capacity we request a maximum of 2 people per agency attend. Afternoon tea will be provided.
